.. I’ve waited for years for a revolution and evolution within Dream Theater, and it might have happened if Mike hadn’t left.. he did, and everyone thought that with new members comes a new sound, or at least that’s what the band suggested and has been bragging about since then.. it’s a damn lie, this is why I don’t even follow the Dream Theater band and its musical progress anymore..

.. the sound got stuck, somewhere along the way, as has the members and their ability to come up with something new.. but no worries, ’cause the guys at Circus Maximus and their sound are exactly what I was expecting from Dream Theater.. I’ve just discovered them, so I got no more information to share, just that they rock and I’ve been in a good mood these days, listening to their albums.. take a sip.. rock on..

Driven to tears..

.. here’s the cool Iron Man, himself.. Robert Downey Jr and Sting – once more – getting the girls to lose their voices.. I gotta admit, I’m impressed.. and seeing Vinnie Colaiuta having fun in the back is getting me in the best of moods.. enjoy..

2013 in review..

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 8,600 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 3 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
